Zolar Craft, was the name of my first deck and docked building company that I sorted in the year 1981. And this is one of the signs that I put on over a thousand decks in a 10 year.
This is an entranceway, similar to the one you will see in the next picture, and this that the side that went over the driveway automatic garage door, to the most intricate six level deck and docked system I ever created, and for that matter anyone had ever seen up until the year 1984 including Bob Vila who came and was already to film a documentary on deck building using my company myself and my men in the documentary on how to build an intricate decks, until he had found out that my Worker's Compensation documentation did not actually match the name and company of that of my deck building Corp. and for that one reason this deck did not become famous. At the time the deck cost $235,000 and was approximately 9000 ft.² three different levels with an 80 foot enclosed carport that you will see in the next picture below this one. It probably would've been my claim to fame except not for a technicality which, could not be cleared up in time for the camera crew to stay on schedule, no this the name plate at the bottom right hand corner, which has the name Zolar Craft on it, which was the name of my deck and docked building company at the time. And that is the reason that my e-mail address is Zolarboogie@Yahoo.com in case any of you were wondering?
This is a mere portion of an entranceway created on the other side of the same house as the garage door for solid that I photographed 23 years after it was built. In fact both pictures are of something I created 23 years ago from the finest and highest quality pressure treated lumber in the world, even to this day. It is called number one dense select, grade a lumber, long leaf yellow pine, with a 1 pound treatment of Copper chloride, and arsenic... thus the name CCA pressure treatment. The price of a project like the one you see in this patent picture was $1600 in $1984

A3 day maintenance repair involving the installation of a new radiator and vibration dampen it to the hydraulic pump, along with a new bracket to support the pump itself which would've been a $4000 repair if I brought the machine to Caterpillar itself and would've taken at least a week to get the machine back
The installation of the new bracket on the hydraulic pump
This rock wall is deadly straight 7 feet high and 4 feet wide and 45 feet long
This project is directly behind the previous wall picture and consists of an additional 6 feet of coral rock landscaping with a 3 foot deep trench between the large boulders on the previous picture and the small boulders you see in the foreground now allowing for the installation of plants and shrubbery of any size and height range... it also makes the total width of the wall approximately 8 feet and is a comfortable natural boundary between the two properties without the use of concrete or steel, acting as both a visual and a soundproofing separation while allowing all of the natural vegetation to exist in their own different environments from rock clinging air plants to smaller plants and animals that will exist in a pond that also under construction., feel close at into the large blue cylindrical structure, you'll notice it is actually a 550 gallon rainy collecting vessel that is operated on nothing more than gravity rain what a distribution through a series of types and hoses. Although if one wished you could hook up an electric pump for distribution to further parts of the property.
Waiting for a home!

100 plus feet of 5 inch braided line doesn't go far does it?
One of the many houses I helped design and build back in the early 80s when I lived in New York. At the time it was called the White House and it is located on 95th St in Howard Beach Queens. There is a total of 115 windows and doors in that house and none of the windows open and I built a $165,000 back deck in back of the house that I no longer have access to at this time other than standard pictures taking the 35mm film but it was one of the most elaborate deck systems anyone had ever seen
A successful project
